The hotel is centrally located, close to the city center and near many good restaurants. The room was clean and spacious with a comfortable bed and pillows. The staff was helpful, allowing us to check in earlier than usual. The breakfast served in the charming dining room was lovely.

Perfect location in a quiet street with restaurants nearby. Easy access to tram stop and good shopping. Friendly and helpful staff who spoke perfect English. Clean and comfortable rooms. Nice breakfast.
Only 1 chair in the room, making it difficult to relax together. No elevator, but staff assisted with luggage.

The location is fantastic, right in the heart of the lively Barrio Alto, close to the Baixo-Chiado metro station. The room is spacious and comfortable with a super king bed and a separate dressing room. The staff are courteous and helpful, and the breakfast is delicious with a good selection of options.

Our stay at Dear Lisbon - Bordalo Palace Chiado was amazing. The hotel was extremely clean and the service was excellent. We loved the central location and the history and style of the house. The complimentary Portuguese tarts on arrival and the Port were a nice touch. The room was big and comfortable, and the hotel even provided a smartphone with Internet connectivity for our sightseeing. The nearby Asian restaurant, Boa-Bao, was delicious. I highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic stay.

Great location, within walking distance of major attractions and plenty of restaurants nearby. Spacious room with a huge bathroom, lovely historic building. Cute breakfast room, good breakfast with the option to order eggs. Helpful and friendly staff.
